and not long ago club penguin put a super awesome sneak peek on their youtube channel!
it showed a sneak peek of the party and the team rooms but they also showed a sneak peek of an item called a scare can that was used in monsters inc to collect peoples screams and like i suspected it is part of the party, and i am also guessing that you earn items by collecting screams because polo field said you would be able to get items by scaring people!
